Well when your too sick to work, but not too sick to be bored you need something to do. Well play a game! Which one, well you need something simple especially once that cold medicine kicks in. You might want something that has some easy controls but with a few puzzles. By George I’ve got it! The Sims: Carnival SnapCity is a great game whether you are sick or if you have a little one and you want them to stop destroying your house…not that I have any little one right now destroying my house…that watch was my Grandfather’s and I’ll never…just ignore that last part and lets get into the game!
Well most people who haven’t been living under a rock have heard about the Sim series. From the countless SimCity’s to the popular The Sims series, just about everybody has tried it out. Well this new game you build cities, and nothing more, save for a twist. You get to play Tetris at the same time!
Yep you heard me, some colored bricks in odd formations come sliding down from the sky and its up to you to make these formations to combine and make large shapes. The strange thing about all of this, is you won’t be able to stop playing. I don’t know why but for some odd reason, the easy playing and the ability to shape a city as you see fit. You can let it all crumble into a pile of ruins or you help it grow and change into a prosperous utopia! Just make sure you keep an eye on that little one or don’t forget to call into work, just in case your still “sick” after a long game play session.
Well as I said before, this game is perfect for that little one or little ones at home. It is not only a great way to catch their attention, but it also is a good way to teach them shapes and colors. And, for the older ones you can assist them so they can budget for their city. This game is not just a simple game, but in reality it is a multipurpose game! It can assist in teaching kids different important life lessons, and it is a simple game so anybody can play it without any regret. Plus, the cute cars zooming back and forth along the roads is another way to steal away others from their house destroying antics.
So go over to Legacy Games (www.legacygames.com) and try this game out. While you’re doing that I’ll be looking through the yellow pages for a good watch repair person. Too bad I didn’t get this game up on my computer just a minute sooner…my poor, poor watch.
