HERE'S WHAT'S WORKING FOR ME ...
1. Farm Frenzy Pizza Party. Pizza and barnyard animals generally don't go together, unless you're having sausage as a topping. However, it works in this cute time management game, which has you feeding the animals, gather eggs, and processing food to make all kinds of weird goodies.
2. Costume Chaos. Finally, a truthful title! This game actually is about both costumes, and chaos. If you want a game with lots of frantic clicking, you've hit pay dirt. You dress up customers, a lot like Sally's Spa, with lots of minigames in-between.

3. Dreamsdwell Stories. It's match 3 with a twist. You connect marbles by moving along dream catcher webs, trying to link up as many as you can in one turn.

... AND WHAT'S NOT
1. Elizabeth Find MD: Diagnosis Mystery. The mystery is why she doesn't get sued for malpractice, since hygiene and cleanliness is obviously such a low priority to her and her coworkers. It's a hidden object game, which involves finding items like scorpions and rusty saws inside sterile medical rooms. Oh well. The graphics are good.

HERE'S WHAT'S WORKING FOR ME ...

1. Clueless. It's just like JoJo's Fashion Show, but with more cool stuff to do. You need to meet the preferences of the girl's boyfriends too, and there's so many interesting styles to use when you dress up the models. It's very addictive.

2. Loco Mogul. “Loco” as in locomotion, not crazy. You basically build railroads to connect various towns, and ensure that the trains can get through. It's not perfect, and the controls can be a bit awkward. You can expect a learning curve. However, the idea is pretty original.

... AND WHAT'S NOT

1. Fashion Season. It's out of style. There's nothing fashion related, really. You drag different shapes, like clowns and stars, onto a scrolling conveyor. Filling up a conveyor belt adds some item to a model, but you have no control over what item.
2. Mahjong Towers Eternity. Zzzzzz. The game play itself is very basic. It doesn't offer too much that you can't find in any other mahjong game, which is a let down. However, it is cool if you want to play online, since there are unlimited layouts.

HERE'S WHAT'S WORKING FOR ME ...

1. P.J. Pride Pet Detective: Destination Europe. Polly Pride has apparently gotten cooler, and changed her name to PJ. She goes to Europe with her niece, and a cat named meatball (lol). Then the animals escape from the circus, and she has a lot of work to do, hidden object style. This game has nothing European about it, but it's plenty cute anyway.

2. Wendy's Wellness. Who says gaming can't be healthy? There's lots to do on the Wii. True story – I park my game consoles in front of the treadmill, so I have no excuse not to exercise. But, back to the game. It's a time management game with a health spa theme. You get customers doing yoga, running on the treadmill, etc. Imo, it's better than all the other fitness games that have come out so far, like Fitness Dash and Fitness Frenzy.

... AND WHAT'S NOT

1. The Broken Clues. The name sums it up. This game is definitely broken. It takes a detective to decipher any intelligible story with all the grammatical mistakes. It's a hidden object game, but you won't be able to find anything unless you can figure out what a grass catcher or a pen drive might be. Here's a clue – please get an editor.

2. Shop-n-Spree. I like this game, so I won't run it down. However, it's not strictly what it advertises itself to be, which is a cross between time management and hidden object. I'd say it's more for the hidden object fans. Despite this, it's fun.

HERE'S WHAT'S WORKING FOR ME ...
1. 911 Paramedic. Intense...this is the most realistic game I've played all year. You play as an EMT, rushing to the scene of a variety of traumas, like stab wounds, complications of diabetes, and even impalements! All the tools of the trade are used, and you need to use them properly too.
2. Dangerous High School Girls. You should smack your mother for dressing you like that! This is a 1920s themed game about rebellious girls in high school. They argue, plot, and engage in all types of cattiness. Think Monkey Island style insults, gambling, and word games...that's how you interact with different characters, and try to intimidate them with your “gang.” Too funny.

... AND WHAT'S NOT
1. Jetsetter. Apparently, being a jetsetter is not nearly as exciting as I thought. You spend most of the time pixel hunting in un-glamorous places, like the streets, or very messy hotel rooms. The casino minigame is more fun than the hidden object game itself.
2. Natalie Brooks: The Treasures of the Lost Kingdom. When she finds those treasures, I hope she also finds a dictionary. This game is full of spelling errors. Other than that, it's very easy. On the upside, the story is good, and the game play is long.
