Love it! You tell the fairies what to do, and help them manage resources by gathering enough food and magic and pollen to reproduce. It's done in real time, so the pace is a bit slow, but it's still lots of fun. The art and music are beautiful. The only downside is there isn't much replay value, and you can't lose. It's more like a fun way to pass time.
It's like Virtual Villagers with fairies. :D
