Ryan Modjeski

Ryan Modjeski started his obsession with interactive media writing and designing games for his friends in school. He soon began designing adventure games on spec, selling his first full design at the age of 20. Since then he’s worked as a designer on several titles for MTV, designed a multiplayer adventure game for SEGA and worked on some other exciting projects that eventually joined Pets.com in the software hereafter.

He has also been involved in the bookmaking business (actual books, not bets) managing the production and distribution of children’s books all around the world, is a professional magician performing at children’s parties and seedy bars in Hollywood and even spent one lost summer making wine in Napa Valley.

As producer at Legacy Interactive, Ryan was involved with the design and managed the production of two recent games; Farm Vet and The Tuttles Madcap Misadventures. Ryan is also a feature writer for Genii Magazine, the nation’s oldest and most prestigious magic publication, has contributed to collections of magical effects, and has written several Disney themed puzzle books.

Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from SFSU and an addiction to Scabulous (RIP).
